Important Information
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Access to Beech Mountain is via the new Mountain Pass Road connecting Beech Mountain and Eagles Nest, just a short drive away.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking inside the home. No smoking allowed.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. No events allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Minimum age to reserve is 25 years. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Children are allowed.
- Pets: The listing states the home allows up to 3 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. The property data allows up to 99 pets, but this should be verified and clarified before booking.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests may attend. In the event of a wedding or private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
Fees and Payments
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
Cancellation Policy
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking and Vehicle Information
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (November-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during winter months should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for a short stay (one or two nights). Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
- All TVs in the house have streaming options including Netflix, Disney+, Prime, ESPN+, and more.
- Xbox is provided in the loft.
